Because all of our items are custom-printed and personalized, production involves a multi-step design and printing process:
* **Artwork Creation & Digital Preview:** 1 - 2 business days. You will receive a digital preview via email for approval.
* **Order Cutoff Time:** 5:00 PM (EST) (Monday – Friday). Orders or artwork approvals received after 5:00 PM EST will be processed on the following business day.
* **Printing & Fulfillment:** 1 - 2 business days (24 - 48 hours) once your proof is approved.

### 2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We ship worldwide with end-to-end tracking. Estimated transit times and rates after fulfillment are as follows:
* **United States:** 5 - 10 business days (Free Shipping)
* **Canada, United Kingdom & Australia:** 5 - 10 business days (Free Shipping)
* **Europe:** 5 - 10 business days (Free Shipping)
* **Rest of the World:** 10 - 15 business days (Free Shipping)
